Consultations, Availability & Fees

Your Next Step

To begin, please contact me or my confidential practice secretary to request a complimentary 15-minute introductory online consultation or telephone call. This is an opportunity to receive initial guidance, ask any questions, and gain the information you need to decide whether my specialist therapeutic service is the right fit for you. All enquiries receive a prompt, discreet response and are handled in strict accordance with our confidentiality policy.

Initial Consultation Process

Your first session will be a comprehensive, up to 100-minute in-depth consultation, either in person at my Harley Street Medical Quarter consulting room, St Pauls in the City of London or via secure online video consultation. This extended meeting provides access to my clinical expertise and offers the time to share your story, explore your reasons for seeking therapy, and assess how best I can meet your needs.

Drawing on my specialist experience in addiction, trauma, and complex presentations, I will provide a considered professional response and co-create a tailored therapeutic plan that reflects both your goals and your circumstances.

If at any stage I felt that a trusted colleague or service might be better placed to support you, I would share this with openness and care and help guide you towards them. Your wellbeing will always be my first priority, and I am committed to walking alongside you so that you receive the support that truly feels right and serves your best interests and recovery journey.

Working Together

  • Discretion first: All contact and scheduling are managed privately through my practice secretary; no public diary is used.
  • Pace & consent: You have full control over what you share and when.
  • Where a medical detox is required, this must be overseen by a GP or Consultant Psychiatrist. I do not provide detox directly, but I work closely with trusted medical colleagues and can arrange referrals where appropriate.
  • Collaborative planning: Goals are agreed together and reviewed regularly.
  • Safety at the outset: If additional support such as medical review or stabilisation is needed, I coordinate this discreetly with trusted colleagues.
  • Continuity of care: I work closely with leading private psychiatrists, GPs, and specialists for joined-up support both in the UK and Internationally.
  • Flexibility: In-person and online options are available to accommodate privacy needs, travel schedules, and time zones.

Payments

Payment is usually made via bank transfer prior to each session, or monthly in arrears by invoice. I accept:

  • Bank transfer
  • Debit or credit card (in person or online)
  • Stripe secure online payment
  • Cash (by prior agreement)
  • Insurance (please confirm directly with your provider)

My fees reflect the high level of specialist personalised care, level of experience, advanced training, and the rigorous professional standards that underpin my practice.

Contact

My primary consulting room is in the Harley Street Medical Quarter, a discreet, low-visibility entrance and professional location in the heart of London’s private healthcare district, just 4 minutes from Bond Street Underground Station. Additional sessions are available in St Paul’s in the City of London, a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Underground Station, or securely via online video link. To protect client confidentiality, my exact location is rarely publicly listed, and all appointments are scheduled privately through me or my practice secretary.

Capacity & Referrals

My practice can sometimes be at capacity, yet new enquiries are always welcome. If I am unable to offer you an immediate appointment, I will respond promptly with either highly trusted referral options or the opportunity to join my private waitlist. This ensures that you continue to have access to quality guidance and specialist support without unnecessary delay.
